Awesome gift!

The electrician I hired to replace/repair the Churches outside lighting finished last night so I went to get the check so I could pay him.

The man refused to take the churches money! He told me to just consider it a gift to the church. How awesome is that?!?!

Awesome Pastor; Praise the Lord!

What a blessing to just hear about how our Father blesses others.

Re: Awesome gift!

I was reminded of the Church's special prayer the Sunday before the electrician showed up. We prayed that God's would "stretch" the money we had to cover the cost of getting the outside lights fixed.

I would say that being to told the service was "free" qualifies as a answer to that prayer. It was like God saying "I don't need your money to get this done." emoticon

I pray God blesses that electrician beyond measure to.

You know; that whole thing puts me in mind of a movie we have called "WWJD" with John Schneider.

“A moving and thought provoking story about a group of Americans - a singer, a newspaper editor, a pastor & a real estate mogul who vow to walk "in the steps of Jesus." ”
