Praise reports

Psalms 7:17 I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.

Psalms 22:22 I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

Psalms 50:23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I show the salvation of God.

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Re: Praise reports

emoticon God is so good!! I had some concerns since my car accident about the payoff as the car was totaled out. The insurance pays only the bluebook value, of coarse, and I owed quite a bit more than that. But I did have peace about it, and was determined not to worry (or let it spoil my trip to my parents) While talking to my Dad, he asked about GAP insurance. I didn't think I had it, but on thinking about it, I wasn't so sure. So first thing this morning I checked the loan paperwork, and HALLELULAH I have it!!! So the car will be paid off in full. I nearly cried with joy when talking to the agent with the finance company as she was telling me it was all already in the works, and I proceeded praise God and to tell her how wonderful our Lord is. (I think she thought I was a little nuts)
But the most wonderful thing about it all is the Blessed Peace God gave me. It could have been a worrisome situation, (and at "moments" I did sucome to it) but with continued prayer, I was able to let it be and let The Lord work it out. And, He did!!
